Free host creator

Does anyone know of a Free Host creator. I.e. my site is webhost.com and customers can register for name.webhost.com.

I have no funds for this so somesort of freeware?

What OS?

For Windows, you have no chance (I dont know of any windows free cp's).

For Linux, Usermin/ webmin would be as *close* as your going to get for something like that.

The rest of the free cp's i've seen are either:

1) Insecure
2) Unstable
3) Plain terrible
4) All of the above.
And im stronly leaning on option 4 here.

What about Blue Quartz - the open source Cobalt RAQ gui?

Wouldnt that only run on cobalt linux though?

or would it run on other linux distro's?

The last version I saw runs on a cut-down version of Fedora core 1. This is a distributed install and it could probably quite easily run on another disty once you've done the investigation, which we haven't as yet.
